BOTH front and back-office skills.
Good situational awareness.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills, able to multi-task, well organized, punctual, responsible, open to learning and growing.
Assistant must possess a full understanding of dental insurance PPO and treatment presentation.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Duties include greeting patients, seating patients, schedule appointments, insurance coordination, treatment presentation and collecting on the (weekends).
Back-office duties include sterilizing, light assisting, digital x-rays, iTero scans (can train), CT-scans (can train), impressions, pouring models and tracking lab cases.
