As a Sales Assistant Move In Coordinator in assisted living & memory care, you will work closely with prospective residents and their loved ones to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
Responsibilities will include follow up inquiry calls, providing community tours as needed, assisting with the move-in process and providing other administrative support to the sales team.

High School diploma or equivalent Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills Minimum of 2 years consumer sales experience required; Hospitality, High End Retail or Senior Living sales support experience strongly preferred Proven success with organization, independent time management & attention to detail MS Office proficiency with the ability to learn CRM database software WE CARE ABOUT YOU!
